We don’t blame them, because it really works. Here, we will reveal the basic recipe for the lemonade, but keep in mind there is much more to this body detox plan. Recipe for the “Lemonade”

  • 2 tbsp. (1 fluid ounce) fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. (1 fluid ounce) Grade B maple syrup
  • ΒΌ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup (8 fluid ounces) of purified distilled water

This is the basic recipe for the lemonade that you drink several times a day. There are some other variations out on the internet, but you have to be very careful to get the proportions correct.
