Lemonade Diet Tips - Drink Your Water

Monday, April 7th, 2008

It’s time for our next lemonade diet tip to help you finish your ten days on the Master Cleanse. While going through the cleanse and flush of the lemonade diet, some people experience aches and soreness. Headaches occasionally happen, as do some slight body aches. To help deal with these common lemonade diet side effects, you should drink several glasses of water each day. Some people who don’t do their research going into the Master Cleanse flush may not realize how much fluid moves through your body, and how rapidly it happens, so they might miss out on this.
