Master Cleanse Diet - Lemonade Diet Secrets

Master Cleanser Recipe Ingredients: What To Buy

Written on February 25, 2008 – 9:01 am | by Lauren |

The Master Cleanse Recipe has been repeated, modified, expanded, and dallied with tons over the past sixty years. We already showed you how to make the Lemonade in the Lemonade Diet Recipe page; now let’s look at the ingredients in more detail:

Fresh lemon juice: preferably organic, but grocery store lemons will do. Be sure you have a juicer so you can juice them yourself for maximum freshness and potency.
Grade B maple syrup: available at Whole Foods and other health stores.
Cayenne pepper: This can be omitted for those who have thin blood.
Purified (non-fluoridated) distilled water: Use the purest water you can find; don’t use spring water as it is high in minerals and will upset the balance of minerals in this diet.
Herbal laxative tea: We recommend using Smooth Move with Senna leaf.
Non-iodized sea salt: Healthier than iodized salt because it contains more than 70 trace elements as opposed to just sodium and chloride. It is also easier to drink in the Saltwater Flush.
