Why do they call it the Beyonce Diet?

The lemonade diet has seen a huge surge in popularity since 2006. We know that the Master Cleanse has been around over half a century, so why the sudden burst in interest? The answer goes back to a Beyonce Knowles appearance on Oprah Winfrey’s show back in August of 2006. In the interview, Beyonce talked about how fast she lost over 20 pounds for the Dreamgirls movie. Beyonce’s testimonial sparked the interest of people everywhere, and the Master Cleanse diet was immediately nicknamed the Beyonce Diet. Beyonce Diet

    I hate that they have tagged this the Beyonce Diet! She did it once and now BAM… BEYONCE DIET… WHATEVER! I don’t knock her for doing it or bringing attention to the diet but I hate that putting A celeb’s name to this will make this just another FAD diet to loose weight quick. It is so much more than that! Again.. I am not a hater of Beyonce.. I just want this book and its program to have the credibility it deserves! I have done the diet a few times and I love it. The longest I have done it for was 18 days. I am doing it again starting tomorrow to get that CLEAN START feeling again. Good luck to anyone who REALLY DOES THIS DIET the way it is intended with HEALTH in mind. :)

    BEyonce claims everything. DOn’t you know that’s how she is raised to take,take and take regardless of who it hurts. But, her day is coming and it will come to that sham of a marriage.
